What is Meditation?

When are we the happiest? When we are relaxed, calm and grounded. Meditation helps us to realise and better relate to our thoughts, sensations, feelings, and perceptions. This wisdom can help us to be more open and loving to ourselves. When we relate better to ourselves, we begin to relate better with everything else. 

How can I learn to meditate?
